Terms & Conditions for IMRO Events Voucher Competition

  1. These terms and conditions apply to the competition being run by IMRO in which certain IMRO licensees will be entered into a draw to win Ticketmaster events vouchers. This draw will be run monthly from 1st May 2023 and will end on 1st September 2023. One winner will be selected each month.
  2. The competition is only open to those people identified as being permitted to enter. The Competition is not open to IMRO employees, agents, contractors, or sub-contractors – or their families.
  3. The winning entries will be selected at random from valid entries received. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  4. The winner(s) will be contacted within 3 working days of the draw taking place by a representative of IMRO.
  5. IMRO reserves the right at its sole discretion to alter any prize or substitute the prize with cash to the same value for any reason and without notification. In the event that the winner declines the prize awarded to them or IMRO is unable to contact the winner after reasonable efforts have been made, IMRO may award the prize to another entrant, selected at random.
  6. By accepting the prize, the winner grants IMRO the right to use and publish their name and picture in such media as IMRO may choose (including but not limited to the internet) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration.
  7. IMRO is excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury which might occur to the winner or any other person with whom the winner shares or gives the prize.
  8. IMRO reserves the right to suspend, extend or terminate the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time for any valid, technical, or commercial reason.
  9. There is no fee to enter the competition.
  10. IMRO is committed to protecting competition entrants’ privacy. Any personal data collected will be used in accordance with the organisation’s privacy and data protection policy.
  11. Those entering any competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
